Kumasi Solutions · Est. Atlanta, GA

Kumasi Solutions, where failure is not an option.

Led by Dr. Nkosi Leary, a 26-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran, operational fixer, leadership educator, and economic development leader.

I have spent my career operating in environments where failure was not an option, stepping into complex organizations, identifying what is not working, and building systems that perform.

Kumasi is the historic seat of the Ashanti Kingdom in Ghana, a center of leadership, sovereignty, and craftsmanship sustained under pressure for centuries. The name signals what this practice is built to deliver: disciplined leadership, sovereign decision-making, and craftsmanship that holds when the stakes are real.

Working with Dr. Leary changed how I run GUAMI Fit. He gave me a clear operating framework, pushed me to tighten my project management, and held me to the standard I needed. Six months in, the business runs cleaner and I lead with more confidence.
